Nuestro compromiso

Queremos que cualquier persona pueda usar este sitio, incluidas las personas con discapacidad. Tomamos como objetivo las Pautas de Accesibilidad para el Contenido Web (WCAG) 2.2, nivel AA. Es una meta hacia la que trabajamos; no afirmamos que el sitio las cumpla por completo.

Qué hemos hecho

• Teclado. Los menús, botones y el formulario se pueden usar con el teclado, y el foco se ve al moverte por la página.
• Formularios. Los campos del formulario de contacto tienen etiquetas escritas, y los botones principales tienen nombre para los lectores de pantalla.
• Movimiento reducido. Si tu dispositivo tiene activada la opción de «reducir movimiento», el sitio reduce o quita las animaciones.
• Videos. Cada video de demostración tiene una transcripción escrita que puedes abrir debajo del video («Leer lo que muestra este video»).
• Contraste y lectura. Elegimos colores y tamaños de texto pensando en que se lea con claridad. No hemos hecho todavía una medición formal de todo el sitio.
• Idioma. El sitio está en español e inglés, y puedes cambiar entre ambos en cualquier momento.

Limitaciones conocidas

• Los videos de demostración van sin audio. Su contenido está en la transcripción escrita.
• Aún no hemos hecho pruebas con lectores de pantalla en dispositivos reales. Es posible que algunas partes no se lean bien.
• Pueden existir otras barreras que no hemos detectado. Algunas secciones tienen animaciones o efectos visuales que podrían resultar difíciles para algunas personas.
• Si enlazamos a servicios de terceros (como WhatsApp), su accesibilidad depende de ellos.

Si algo no te funciona o no puedes usarlo, cuéntanoslo:

• WhatsApp: desde el botón de contacto del sitio.

Dinos qué página, qué intentabas hacer y qué dispositivo o ayuda técnica usas (si quieres). Te responderemos en un máximo de 5 días hábiles y buscaremos una solución o una alternativa para darte la información o el servicio por otra vía.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. It is a goal we are working toward; we do not claim the site fully meets it.

What we have done

• Keyboard. Menus, buttons and the form can be used with a keyboard, and the focus is visible as you move through the page.
• Forms. The contact form fields have written labels, and the main buttons have names for screen readers.
• Reduced motion. If your device has "reduce motion" turned on, the site reduces or removes animations.
• Videos. Each demonstration video has a written transcript you can open below the video ("Read what this video shows").
• Contrast and reading. We chose colors and text sizes so the text reads clearly. We have not yet run a formal measurement across the whole site.
• Language. The site is in Spanish and English, and you can switch between them at any time.

Known limitations

• Demonstration videos have no audio. Their content is in the written transcript.
• We have not yet tested with screen readers on real devices. Some parts may not read well.
• Other barriers we have not detected may exist. Some sections have animations or visual effects that could be difficult for some people.
• If we link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp), their accessibility is up to them.

How to report a barrier

If something does not work for you or you cannot use it, tell us:

• WhatsApp: from the contact button on the site.

Tell us which page, what you were trying to do and, if you wish, what device or assistive technology you use. We will reply within 5 business days and look for a fix or an alternative way to give you the information or service.
